We offer a variety of yoga classes from complete beginner, to the more advanced practitioner. Our goal is to offer a safe, inspiring and positive environment to restore yourself, both physically and mentally. Our experienced teachers are dedicated to guiding you in your yogic journey, whatever your goals, and look forwards to providing you with a welcoming, invigorating and uplifting experience.

You can view our yoga class schedule, purchases classes and memberships and book your yoga classes online. Just pick the class you like and press ‘BOOK’. It is easy to sign-up and manage all of your classes and memberships online!

All classes can be booked online up to 15 min before class start time. (If you are brand new, please book no later than 30mins, and arrive no later than 15mins before class to make sure we can set you for success!) For any questions or assistance, please feel free to contact us for help.
